And yet, fans should still be pleased as Danny’s distinctive style is still prominent. He starts taking on more contemporary pop tunes here, such as “The Wind Beneath My Wings” and Kenny G's "Going Home." But even on the show tunes, movie themes and standards that are expected features of the Black and White albums, we hear him taking on a more contemporary approach, which is refreshing. This is actually the first album I listened to in the Black an White series, and the first of Danny Wright’s music I ever heard, so it’s special to me.
